Custom Work

1. Please submit an email to steve@badllamaforge.com detailing your project with as much detail as possible.(example photos, mood boards, specifications, and diagrams) This will help us get a clear idea of what you want done without any extra follow up emails.
2. Once we have confirmed all the details we will send you a quote for your review.
3. Upon agreeing with the quote we will send you a payable invoice request for 50% of the quoted price as a non refundable deposit.
4. As soon as the deposit has been received we will send you an email confirming the order.
5. Once the order is complete; we will send you photos along with an invoice for the remainder of the bill.
6. As soon as we receive final payment we will proceed to ship it through your preferred method to the address provided.

Returns will be considered on a case by case basis: 

• Any failure by fault of our own will be replaced.
• Any failure by misuse or at home testing (home 'forged in fire' style tests for example) will not be considered.

All items are made in and shipped from Canada

• Canadian orders can be shipped  flat rate shipping if desired and fits in a flat rate box.
• International orders will need to submit their address for a shipping quote on top of their price quote. 
• Please disclose if you prefer standard post or courier
• We follow official rules and guidelines when we fill out customs forms and declarations. 

Note: Shipping fees, custom and import fees, seizures, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consider the import laws and regulations of your country before ordering.
