Forged blade with a 125CR1 core and 1018 cladding. Heat treated to a hardness of 63-64 HRC.

This is what happens when I am left to my shop, unsupervised.  A non traditional design that features a sakimaru style tip, yokote, and sori.

•Steel:
– 125cr1 high carbon

•Handle:
– Darkheart base
– Burl accent
– African blackwood ferrule

All culinary knives come securely bundled with their own individual canvas wrap.
